Clint Eastwood’s 15:17 To Paris R Rating Overturned

Clint Eastwood’s latest movie 15:17 to Paris has won an appeal over its original R rating, which the director and producers thought was inappropriate and could possibly limit the audience. Now the true-life drama will be released in theaters with a PG-13 rating instead.

Eastwood was first announced as the director of the project in April. The movie is based on a real incident where three Americans subdued an ISIS terrorist on a train from Amsterdam to Paris in 2015, and is sourced from the novel that was written by the men in the aftermath, titled The 15:17 to Paris: The True Story of a Terrorist, a Train, and Three American Heroes.

Jason Momoa is putting down his trident for the moment and donning his tomahawk and illegally obtained pelts as fur-trapper Declan Harp in a third season of Frontier on Netflix. The series was just renewed on the streaming platform today, which will return for six episodes in 2018.

Frontier debuted on Netflix last year, and received an early renewal for season two shortly before the first season aired. The series, which airs on Discovery Canada before coming to Netflix, is a period-piece drama about the Hudson Bay Company’s monopoly on fur trade in Canada. A nightmarish new teaser for Fox’s New Mutants promises to face Samuel Guthrie a.k.a. Cannonball (Charlie Heaton) with his greatest fear. Described as “a haunted house movie,” New Mutants is set to be unlike any other superhero film to date. Fox intends to launch a trilogy of superhero horror films, each one facing teenage mutants against terrifying threats, and the latest teaser has suggested just how personal those threats could be.
